Introduction:

KF340 kraftformer is a robust, medium-sized Kraftformer that brings advanced versatility

and precision to metal forming workshops.

A special feature is the continuously adjustable working. A slow speed is selected to

form thicker material, for flattening, straightening or very precise finish forming. A high

number of strokes facilitates and speeds up stretching, doming (dishing), planishing

and planning. Like with all other JINQIU Kraftformer machines the large number of tools

available makes the CX08 --350 machine the perfect “all-rounder” in the sheet shop.

Summary:

Shrinking and stretching are indispensable operations in aircraft manufacturing, mainly

for correcting and adjusting of pressed parts of all sorts. The special machines and tooling

offer a highly efficient solution to assure precise fitting together of the individual parts.

Service And Maintenance:

The machine is of simple structure and does not require special maintenance.

However in order to prolong its working life please pay attention to the following item:

Lubricate all relevant points of the machine as per requirement of the lubrication

information plate, see figure below.

When stopping the machine be sure to push the selector button to “adjust” position,

step on foot switch S2 to lift the plunger for 1—2 seconds and then stop and switch

off power.

Before starting the machine be sure to clean up the work piece surfaces without

leaving a single spot of grease so as to make it easy for the shaping and prolong

the working life of dies.

Often check on the tension of the belt. If the machine is to lay idle for long period

of time the belt is to be loosened. Be sure to change belt in good time when it is

found damaged.

Emergency switch is not for stopping the machine in normal conditions. Do not use

it unless in emergency.
